Warranty for Services

West Automotive Group will repair, free of charge, any defects in material or workmanship from date of delivery for 24 months or 24,000 miles whichever comes first. All Warranty work must be performed at a West Automotive Group facility. For warranty Authorization outside of our facilities The West Automotive Group must give written Authorization and approval prior to the start of any warranty repair work. Any repairs that are stated and deemed to be warranty will not be covered if Prior Authorization has not been received.

At the West Automotive Group we make every effort to ensure your vehicle service and repair experience is of the highest level of customer satisfaction at all of our locations. Since we are a service based business that requires our clients to physically bring a vehicle in for service or repair West Automotive Group has a No Refunds/Exchange policy. Our online payment service is provided strictly for clients to pay for vehicle repairs when the person paying is not the operator or driver of the vehicle being serviced and or repaired.

Refund Policy

We have a No Refund/Exchange policy so no refunds or exchanges will be accepted as this is a service based business. Your vehicle must be present for repairs and services. Warranty coverage concerns are covered in the warranty coverage clause above. For warranty coverage you must present the vehicle to our facility for inspection and or diagnosis. We will thereby determine if any services or repairs we provided are covered under warranty. If there is a failed repair under the warranty period it will be serviced or repaired at the West Automotive Group only under the stated warranty terms above.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by emailing us through the Contact Us form on our website. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

We do not ship parts directly to consumers. Any parts purchased can be collected in person at our store location.
