Service Plans A & B
The reason why sprinter vans have separate service plans is so that our ASE-certified mechanics can keep an eye on everything your sprinter requires. The plans are chunked up into 10,000-mile markers. When your Sprinter van reaches 10,000 miles overall, it’s time for Service Plan A. Then, once your van hits 20,000 miles, it’s time for Service Plan B. They alternate throughout the entirety of your sprinter van’s life, and this is to help keep an eye on the wear and tear that comes with them. So, what do these plans contain? Simple: Service Plan A comes with everything you think of when considering preventative maintenance on a vehicle. It comes with an oil change, a tire pressure check, filter changes, fluid changes, and top-offs, and inspecting other major vehicle systems, such as the braking system. Then, there is Service Plan B. There isn’t much difference between the two since preventative maintenance is wrapped up in both. But, the two main differences with Service Plan B are that your Sprinter’s fuel filter gets changed, and all of the smaller parts of your vehicle are inspected, such as hoses. During this Plan B service, we also check things such as the computerized parts of your vehicle and the small electronic parts that come with it. This ensures that the wear and tear of daily driving don’t impact the larger systems your vehicle requires to function and keep you safe.
